Market of Abastos

The current building is very typical of this type of construction from the beginning of the XX Century, made of brick and iron structures and using tiles for decoration. It was the location for butchers and the market, as well as the "Mesón la Fruta" in the Middle Ages. It had an essentially functional character.

Recently a large part of its interior has been turned into a supermarket, some traditional market stall being kept as examples of its past.
